Yes! You can upload up to 40 photos in a single batch. Credits are deducted per photo (1 credit each, or 2 with 4K upscale). If any individual photo fails during processing, its credit is automatically refunded and you can retry it from the gallery detail page. Completed photos can be downloaded individually or as a ZIP archive.

If the restoration looks very different from what you expected or you're not satisfied with the quality, send us the original photo and the restored version at support@photorestorer.app, and we'll refund your credit. No questions asked.
