- Email address — for account creation and communication
- Name — optional, provided during registration or via OAuth
- Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never store card details
- Uploaded photos — processed temporarily for restoration
- Usage data — pages visited and features used (no third-party trackers)
2. Photo Privacy
Your photos are private. Here's exactly what happens to them:
- Photos are sent to OpenAI's API or Google Gemini's API for restoration processing, depending on the provider selected
- Photos are stored temporarily on our servers for a maximum of 24 hours
- After 24 hours, photos are permanently deleted from our servers
- We do not use uploaded photos for AI training
- We do not share photos with any third parties other than OpenAI and Google Gemini for processing

3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the photo restoration service
- To process payments and manage your credit balance
- To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, restoration complete)
- To prevent abuse and maintain security
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing (Privacy Policy)
- OpenAI — image processing (API Data Policy)
- Google Gemini — image processing (API Terms)
- Amazon SES — email delivery (Privacy Policy)
- Google — OAuth authentication (Privacy Policy)

You have the right to:
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export your data (job history)
- Know what data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information

- Legal basis: Consent (registration) and contract performance (service delivery)
- Data processors: OpenAI and Google process images on our behalf
- Data retention: Photos deleted within 24 hours; account data retained until you delete your account
- Data transfers: Data may be processed in the United States
